Abhilash was born in the Indian state of Kerala.
He has been living in Varkala, Kerala for several years now where he runs his school Tattwamasi Ayur Yoga.
He has spent more than two years as a teacher at several Sivananda ashrams in India.
He also has experience teaching at resorts and abroad.
